Rachael Wilson
I am an ACSM (American College of Sport Medicine) certified personal trainer, and a student. Currently I am working on my EMT-Basic certification, and my goal is to become and EMT-Paramedic. My training goals are to be able to bench 135lbs (those big plates!), run a marathon, and bike 100 miles. This year I am competing in several 5K races, and my first figure competition (flex!). I chose this year to reach these goals and begin competing because I want to prove to everyone you can better your health and standard of living through exercise. Exercise became part of my life 5 years ago, but lacking knowledge at the time lead to injury, and that is why today I am a personal trainer so that I can help you train proper and injury free. I still am striving to learn all I can about exercise and the human body.
I changed my life though a “Fitness Life Style” and now it’s your turn to carry the torch, and that begins with one step, so put those sneakers on!
